For our latest Kappa collaboration, as you may know by now, we set out to build the best dressed club in the world. On our continued mission of merging fashion and football in the way we'd really like, we decided we wouldn't mind exploring the option of designing a football boot. As a result, we ended up with our Kite Mundial prototype, a boot manufactured in a premium black leather with a contrasted white oversize tongue, and of course a very long lace to tie over and around your foot, like the good old days. We understand one must adapt to current times, but nostalgia hits hard when it comes to football. Without wanting to sound moany, things were simply done better in the 90s. This is our tribute to those times, and hopefully a sign of things to come.
