In a world increasingly driven by instant gratification, a great fear of commitment, and constant comparison with others, at Pompeii we aim to celebrate the traits of long-term thinking. After several years of reflection, personal understanding, and growth, we have come to acknowledge that our mission lies not in when, but what. With this understanding comes patience, and with patience comes the clarity of long-term goals, because, although cliché, Rome wasn’t built in a day; good things take time, effort, and sacrifice. Legacy isn’t given but earned.
The Marathon of Life is an ode to long journeys and life missions, with their ups and downs, but with the fulfillment of having put all your effort and focus into achieving your goals in the way that you, not somebody else, deems fit.
The lookbook, inspired by the spirit of sport, adopts a timeless visual narrative that underscores Pompeii’s deep connection to football—an essential part of its DNA. The garments are showcased in athletic settings, emphasizing the synergy between fashion and performance. From the iconic football jersey, crafted in collaboration with AD Ceuta FC, to classic silhouettes in rich, seasonal hues, the collection captures a style that is both sophisticated and functional.
In addition to the core pieces of the “Marathon of Life” collection, several high-profile collaborations mark significant milestones for Pompeii this season. Noteworthy partnerships with K-Way and Kappa, alongside the debut of the brand’s first sports kit for AD Ceuta FC, reinforce Pompeii's mission to blend fashion with practicality. Each collaboration offers pieces that transcend current trends, aiming for timeless appeal and durability.
