    In our stores, both physical and online, customers have up to 365 days from the date of purchase to request exchanges or returns, thus offering greater flexibility and peace of mind in their shopping experience.

    - You have 365 days to make exchanges or returns. Exchanges in Spain are free and must be managed through the exchanges and returns portal.

    - Once requested, you will receive instructions within 24-48 hours and, if there are no issues, the delivery driver will deliver the new item and collect the old one at the same time.

    - Purchases made on the website can be exchanged or returned in a physical store for free, and in-store purchases can be managed online with the corresponding shipping costs.

    - Returns in Spain cost €4.50, which will be deducted from the refund. This will be made using the same payment method within 5 working days of receipt of the product. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

    - For international returns, exchanges are not permitted, only returns. The cost will depend on the country, weight, and order amount (approximately between 15% and 20%), and will be deducted from the refund. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
