DOMESTIC ORDERS (Spain and Portugal)
For all Peninsular orders, delivery times are 2-3 business days from the time you place your order.
For orders to the Balearic Islands, delivery times are 4-5 business days from the time you place your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, delivery times depend on the shipping method you select (Standard or Express).
Please note that the times indicated are from when the carrier picks up your order.
Order preparation time can vary between 5-10 business days. The delivery time indicated in the shipping method begins when the carrier picks up your order.
* During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Sales campaigns, shipping times may be affected.
Shipping costs are €3.90 for domestic orders, and free for orders over €100.
These shipping costs include size and model exchanges.
Shipping costs for orders outside of Spain depend on the destination.
They will be available to you at checkout.
Orders from outside the EU may be subject to these additional customs fees, and unfortunately we have no control over them nor can we anticipate their exact amount.
We currently ship throughout Europe and internationally.
To change the destination country, simply add it at checkout.
We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Bizum.
You can also pay with Apple Pay, provided you access it from the Safari browser. Finally, you have the Klarna electronic financing tool available, with which you can buy now and pay later in 3 installments.
If you try to select the out-of-stock size of the product you want, a section will appear just above where you can leave your email and we will notify you when it is restocked. This could be because that model is restocked, or because there is a change or return for that size.

To find out the availability of any product in any of our stores, we recommend that you contact them directly to confirm availability.
