As part of our consciousness project,
we have created a pilot test to improve the durability of our products.

One of the main problems with our products is the complexity of cleaning them.
Suede is a sophisticated material, and many customers opt to use them stained or buy new ones.

WHAT WE WANT

Our goal is to extend their use, improving their durability, avoiding either of the 2 movements.

We have partnered with ReSneakers, cleaning specialists, so you can have them like new in 1 week for only €12.

And that's why we have created a cleaning station in our Madrid store, Fuencarral 53.

WHAT IT CONSISTS OF

Our service includes cleaning and disinfection of soles, waterproofing for materials that are waterproof, and moisturizing for leather or napa exteriors. In addition, we also disinfect the inside of the shoe.

Please note that:

We can clean shoes made of all these materials: suede, leather, napa, split leather, nubuck, fabric, canvas, and linen.
We cannot guarantee optimal results when stains come from grease, oil, or sauces. We can improve the condition of the shoes, but these stains do not come out completely.
Shoes that have aggressive or corrosive product stains, have been previously machine washed, or are broken cannot be cleaned because in these extreme cases we cannot guarantee good service.
