The welcome discount code cannot be combined with other offers or discounts already applied on the website during sales or discount campaigns.
The minimum purchase must be €10.
The "Black Friday" campaign consists of applying discounts on the original prices of products purchased on x and in x's official stores from Sunday, November 23, 2025 to Sunday, December 30, 2025 at 23:59:00 (see "Our stores" section: https://www.pompeiibrand.com/pages/tiendas).
During this campaign, no additional discount can be applied to the already reduced price of the product; that is, promotions are not cumulative.
EARLY ACCESS
During the period from Sunday, November 23, from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM, the website will only be accessible to customers who have previously registered through any of the spaces enabled on our page. These customers can access it using a code sent to the same email address used for registration.
Once this period ends, the campaign will be available to all customers.
The exchange period is 365 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order or from the day of purchase and can be made through the website or in any of Pompeii's official stores:
Madrid: C/Fuencarral 53, 28004 Madrid.
Seville: C/Sierpes 47, 41004 Seville.
Valencia: C/ Jorge Juan 3, 46004, Valencia.
For a product to be exchanged, it must be in perfect condition (unused) and retain its original packaging, as well as the delivery note or purchase receipt.
If a size exchange is requested, the discount applied to the product at the time of purchase will be maintained. Size exchanges will always be subject to the availability on our website.
Exchanges can only be requested for products of the same or lower value. In the latter case, the difference will be refunded to the customer once the exchange is completed. Unfortunately, exchanges for products of a higher value than the original product are not accepted.
If, for any reason, whether internal or external, it is not possible to make the requested size exchange, the product will be returned and the final amount paid will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs of the initial order.
The exchange service described in these conditions is free and is only available for orders placed in Spain.
