"LA MADRE QUE TE PARIÓ" CAMPAIGN
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The "La madre que te parió" campaign consists of a reduction in the original prices of products purchased at www.pompeiibrand.com from Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 8:00 PM:00 to Thursday, April 29, 2021, at 11:59:00 PM, and in official Pompeiibrand stores (See section "Our stores": https://www.pompeiibrand.com/pages/tiendas) from April 24, 2021, until Sunday, April 2, 2021.
All products purchased during this period with a discount on their original price will be subject to a special exchange and return policy.
During this campaign, no additional discount may be applied to the reduced product price. In other words, discounts are not cumulative.
Furthermore, during this promotion, accessories (laces, socks, crepe, and spray) and the HIGBY SUN collection will not have any discount on their original price, nor will any promotional code be applicable to them.
Exchanges
The exchange period is 365 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order or from the day of purchase and can be made through the website or in any of Pompeii's official stores:
Madrid: C/Fuencarral 53, 28004 Madrid.
Seville: C/Sierpes 47, 41004 Seville.
Valencia: C/ Jorge Juan 3, 46004, Valencia.
Málaga: C/Nueva, 29005 Málaga
For a product to be exchanged, it must be in perfect condition (unused) and retain its original packaging, as well as the delivery note or purchase receipt.
In the case of a size exchange, the discount applied to the product purchased at the time of purchase will be maintained. Size exchanges are subject to availability.
If an exchange for a product different from the one initially purchased (change of model and/or color) is requested, it will be subject to the current price of the new product at the time the exchange is requested.
If it is not possible to make the requested size change, for any reason, whether internal or external, the product will be returned in exchange for the final amount paid by the customer, excluding any "shipping costs" paid.
The exchange service offered in these general conditions is free of charge.
Returns
The return period is 365 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order or from the day of purchase and can be made through the website or in any of Pompeii's official stores. To be returned, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and retain its original packaging, as well as the purchase delivery note.
In any case, when requesting a return, the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid for "shipping costs" in the initial order.
The return service offered in these general conditions is free of charge.
