Pompeii presents its first golf capsule collection, a wardrobe that explores the sport through the brand's own lens. Inspired by the visual language of golf throughout the 1990s, the collection looks back to a time when silhouettes were looser, proportions more relaxed, and the game naturally existed somewhere between performance and personal style.
Designed through Pompeii's refined approach to sportswear, the capsule reinterprets classic golf apparel into elevated everyday pieces that feel equally at home on and off the course. While rooted in traditional golf references, each garment has been developed without compromising the technical requirements needed for play, allowing the collection to move naturally between both environments.
The collection includes a wind shirt, a long-sleeve mock neck, two piqué polos featuring custom jacquard structures, plaid shorts and a limited-edition one-of-one golf bag. Throughout the collection, the newly created Pompeii Golf identity sits alongside the fictional Pompeii Country Club, a graphic language developed exclusively for the project that adds depth and character while drawing on the visual codes traditionally associated with the sport.
The campaign accompanying the collection centres around a short film that explores one of golf's most familiar yet rarely spoken-about feelings: the moment a round comes to an end. Rather than focusing on the frustrations of the game, the film captures the reluctance to leave the course behind. The final putt, the walk back to the clubhouse, the understanding that, despite everything the game has demanded of you, you're already looking forward to the next round.
